Finding the Cheese
A few weeks ago on the way to the kid's swimming lessons I saw a garage sale sign and decided to stop by and see if there was anything worth dragging home. As I walked into the big hockey arena where the sale was at, my eyes fell immediately upon this ugly, black and rusty baker's rack, full of cobwebs. For 10.00 I took it home and a couple of hours later...whaala!
Nothing a little ivory paint, sand paper and varnish couldn't fix. I told my son, Danny, I felt like a mouse who came across a great piece of cheese that none of the other mice had found yet.
It's always fun being the first one to the cheese.
