I have been working on a couple of my favorite paintings from a thrift store find.
Both of them were in pretty bad shape. But the pictures inside were so pretty I really wanted to make sure they were salvaged.
I carefully took the frames off and had fun sprucing them up. And I love the part when everything is dry and you get to put the picture back in and see how great it looks with it's new decorative border.
From ugly and drab to country "shab"
My big red chalkboard from the other day inspired this little accent.
